I can't log in to the App
Access to NoRep requires an invitation from your competition organizer. If you haven't received an invitation or your login isn't working, contact your organizer first. If the issue persists, email us at hello@tapable.net.
I don't see my assigned athletes or heats
Assignments are set by your competition organizer. If your schedule appears empty or incorrect, confirm with your organizer that assignments have been published. Try pulling down to refresh the schedule screen.
I submitted a wrong score — what do I do?
Contact your head judge or competition organizer immediately. Score corrections must be handled by competition staff with the appropriate permissions.
The App is slow or not loading
Make sure you have an active internet connection. If connectivity is limited at the venue, the App will continue to function for tasks that don't require a live connection. Try closing and reopening the App if issues persist.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Go to your device's Settings → NoRep and make sure notifications are enabled. If they are enabled but you're still not receiving them, try toggling them off and back on.
How do I delete my account?
