1. Who This App Is For
NoRep is intended exclusively for use by credentialed competition staff (judges) and athletes at CrossFit competitions. Access requires an invitation from a competition organizer. The App is not directed at children under 13.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When your account is created by a competition organizer, we collect your name and email address to identify you within the platform.
Competition Data
We collect scores, workout results, heat assignments, and judging records you submit through the App. This data is tied to specific competition events.
Device Information
We may collect your device type, operating system version, and a device token for push notifications if you grant permission.
Usage Data
We collect basic logs of App activity (e.g., login events, score submissions) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use analytics SDKs that track your behavior across other apps or websites.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and provide access to your assigned events
- To display your schedule, athlete assignments, and competition results
- To send push notifications about your heat schedule and competition updates (with your permission)
- To maintain the integrity of competition results
- To diagnose technical issues and improve App reliability
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Competition organizers: Score and assignment data is visible to the organizers of the events you participate in.
- Service providers: We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, push notification delivery) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Push Notifications
If you grant permission, we may send push notifications related to your competition schedule and assignments. You can withdraw this permission at any time in your device's Settings.
6. Data Retention
Account and competition data is retained for the duration of the competition season and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and authenticated access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
